TVS Diodes

Ideal for industrial, military and aerospace applications, our TVS diodes are hermetic, non-cavity, double-plug construction with category I metallurgical bonds. They are suitable for operation at temperatures ranging from -65°C to 175°C.

Our TVS diodes are listed on the Land & Maritime Qualified Products List and are qualified to JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS (Space) quality levels in both axial and surface mount packages.

They have available peak pulse power ratings of 500W and 1.5kW.

We offer the capability to perform custom screening and processing, as well as up-screening to Space grade equivalent and above.

Micross also offers catalog high power (15kW, 60kW and 90kW), epoxy encapsulated TVS assemblies for airborne and shipboard applications. Custom configurations to your own specifications including screening and quality conformance inspection testing are also available.
