  • Micro particle air filtering, which provides an overall Class 10,000 work area at a positive pressure.

  • Continually verified particle counts.

  • Laboratory and hospital grade walls and floor materials which maintain a very low dust and static environment.

  • Laminar Flow Hoods at all semiconductor inspection stations which provide additional Class 100 die handling environments.

  • Metallurgical microscopes for all die inspection.

  • Full ESD protection which is constantly monitored and inspected for all die handling.

  • Desiccator cabinets which allow semiconductor stock to be stored under a constant nitrogen gas blanket.
